Where's My Package?


Beautifully Unique Leggings wilI provide free tracking on all shipments.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

  • Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
    • Mailbox
    • Porch
    • Garage
    • Any area out of potential weather hazards.
    • Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed.
  • Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
  • Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
  • Check with your neighbors that may have accepted it.
  • In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.
  • If you still cannot find your package, please speak directly with your mail carrier and/or call your local USPS office.

Want to protect your packages even further?

During checkout, select the Shipping Insurance. Once purchased, if an item is lost, damaged, or stolen Beautifully Unique Leggings will replace it with a repurchase or refund your order. 

If you added Shipping Insurance to your order and are now experiencing issues: please go to our Shipping Insurance Information Page and file a claim. Once submitted, Beautifully Unique Leggings will review your claim and follow up with you via email with an approval or for more information if necessary within 48 business hours.

If you added Route Package Protection to your order and are now experiencing issues: please go to Route Package Protection and file a claim. Once submitted, a Route Representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email with an approval or for more information if necessary.
